This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for KiboFlow subscriptions and payments processed via Razorpay. If you have questions, contact support@tekibo.in.
KiboFlow offers subscription plans (for example, Basic and Premium). When you start a paid checkout, a subscription may be created and shown as pending until payment is completed and verified. After successful verification, the subscription becomes active and billing cycle dates are updated.
You can cancel your subscription from your Profile page by clicking the Cancel button.
You can request cancellation by emailing support@tekibo.in from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and any relevant subscription details.
Cancellations are processed as immediate cancellations in our current payment flow. This means your paid subscription is cancelled right away and your account is moved to the Free plan immediately, which may remove access to paid features at the time of cancellation.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically depending on your plan and payment method settings in Razorpay. If a renewal charge fails or the subscription is paused/halted by the payment provider, access may be limited until billing is resolved.
If you upgrade a subscription (for example, Basic to Premium), the payment provider may apply proration and may charge an additional amount immediately. Any proration behavior is handled by Razorpay based on your subscription state.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable laws. Because KiboFlow is a digital service and access is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided for partial periods or unused time after cancellation.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charge, wrong plan charge, or an amount you do not recognize), contact support@tekibo.in with details (account email, date/time, and any Razorpay payment/subscription reference you have) and we will investigate.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Razorpay). Refunds, if approved, are issued back to the original payment method where possible and may take additional time to reflect based on your bank or provider.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
