3. The Service

KiboFlow provides a workflow that analyzes and helps optimize content and metadata, and may generate outputs such as recommendations, structured data suggestions, marketing plans, and LLMs.txt content. Outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them in production, publishing them, or relying on them for business decisions.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Razorpay) and are subject to their terms.
• Subscription features and usage limits may vary by plan and may change over time as described in the Service.

5. Your Content and Inputs

You may submit content to the Service (for example, URLs, text, project details, and related materials) ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and to permit processing of it as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that User Content does not include sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis to provide it and it is necessary for your intended use.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by KiboFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use KiboFlow trademarks or branding except as necessary to use the Service.

As between you and KiboFlow, you retain your rights in User Content. You grant KiboFlow a limited license to host, process, and display User Content as needed to provide and improve the Service.

The Service may integrate with or depend on third-party services. Third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that using the Service will result in any particular outcomes (including SEO or ranking improvements).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiboFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
